Return & Exchange Policy

If you have made a purchase of Stellers merchandise on the stellers.in website, the following policies apply:

Returns:

Your product(s) will be eligible for a return 7 days after the product(s) has/have been delivered to you. Post these 7 days no product(s) will be eligible for a return.

Exchange:

Your product(s) will be eligible for an exchange 7 days after the product(s) has/have been delivered to you. Post these 7 days no product(s) will be eligible for an Exchange.

The product(s) is/are eligible for an Exchange if:

• The garment(s) is/are unused.
• The garment(s) is/are not tampered.
  
• All the product tags are attached and is in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  

Stellers reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product is eligible for exchange.

Reasons for Return & Exchange *

• Damaged Product received by customer
• Wrong Item sent by Stellers
• Doesn't Fit

Refunds as Gift Cards:

You will be notified via email or text message once the returned product has been received by us. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a gift card with the same value of the product(s) returned will be sent to you within one week.
