Exchange & Refund Policy

Is my purchase eligible for an exchange or refund?

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items marked as Sale, Clearance or Customized Products are not eligible for Refund only eligible for an exchange.

Request an Exchange or Refund  

  • Customers must submit an exchange or refund request through the Stellers.in website using their logged-in account credentials.

Pick-up Arrangement

  • Once we receive your request, we will initiate a pick-up from your address within 1–2 business days.

Processing The Exchange Or Refund 

  • After we receive the returned product at our Return Centre (RTO), we will process your exchange or refund as per your request within 1–2 business days.

Note:

  • Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and packed properly.

Incorrect Or Missing Product Policy  

  • Returned Wrong or Incomplete Product: Exchanges or refunds won't be processed if the customer returns the wrong product or if any original items are missing from the package
  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct, unused product(s) with original tags and packaging is handed over to our courier partner at the time of pick-up.
  • Verification: All returned items are subject to quality check and verification. If any discrepancies are found—such as the wrong product, missing items, or a mismatch with the original order—the exchange or refund request will be denied.

Late Delivery Policy

At Stellers, we strive to deliver your orders on time. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues. Please note the following:

  • Possible Delays: Sometimes, deliveries may be delayed by 1–2 business days beyond the estimated delivery date due to factors such as courier delays, bad weather, or operational challenges.
  • Customer Updates: We will keep you informed about any delays and share updated tracking details whenever possible.
  • Support: If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process 

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Delays & Exceptions

  • Occasionally, due to logistics issues, pick-up or delivery may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


    Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the white STELLERS seal tag is intact and in its original position. Removed, damaged, or tampered tags void eligibility.
